It looks like everybody these days is searching for some hidden benefit to the several foods and drinks they enjoy, and Earl Grey tea, with its long and colorful background, and the truth that it is so renowned the world over, is not an exemption.

Earl Grey tea is rather different from other classic teas, and it owes its uniqueness to the presence of oils from the bergamot oil that is put into the tea leaves themselves (Chinese black tea). Having said that, the issue of possible health benefits (or risks) is a natural enough one.

Yet again though, anything consumed to excess will surely cause problems, and the muscle cramps stopped when he decreased his consumption, thus until you plan to drink Earl Grey to ridiculous kinds of extra, this isn?t a problem either, and should not give you break.

All that to say, drink and enjoy! No, it won?t make you live for a longer time, make you better looking, or (by itself) enhance your social interactions, but in addition, it won?t hurt you! Gulp down!
